FREE LOCAL PICK UP
Online orders may be picked up from our store Monday-Thursday 12pm to 7pm and Friday 12pm to 6pm. If your order is placed by 2pm EST it is able to be picked up the SAME business day! Orders placed after 2pm EST can be picked up the following business day! You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. FREE US STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Allow up to 2-3 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

You may upgrade to 2 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $25. Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
1 BUSINESS DAY
You may upgrade to 1 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $35. Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS at a flat rate of $25. We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.
If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Indiana within 2-3 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
