RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of original ship date. Returns for Lane 201 Store credit or exchange only. Store credit never expires! Exchanges are available for items at same price; customer pays difference if exchanged item is more expensive. A shipping label fee will be charged if returns protection is not purchased.

- Return Policy: Items can be returned within 30 days of original ship date.
- Separate returns must be made for separate orders. Shoe boxes must be intact and shipped inside of a box.
- Conditions: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition.
- Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International Orders: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Damaged, Defective or Missing Items: Contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery for exchange or replacement!
- When returning shoes, the shoe box must be intacted. If the shoe box is damaged or used as the shipping box, a $5 fee will be deducted from the return.
- If making a return/exchange through our returns portal, a shipping label will be emailed to you to use.
- Reward points cannot be refunded from a return or exchange
- Instant Exchange: Your exchange order is created instantly with a pre-authorization of only $1.00. This allows your new items to ship to you right away! The item(s) being returned need to be in the mail within 10 days to not be charged.
- All exchanges are shipped with standard ground shipping.
- Discount codes and rewards cannot be applied in the exchange process.
- Returns for store credit are emailed upon return processing. Check your spam folder if not received!
- Store credit is issued once the returned items are received at our warehouse.
- Pay a small fee at checkout for FREE unlimited returns for store credit and or exchanges on your order.
- Coverage includes package protection in case your order is lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Without this coverage, you will be charged a shipping fee to return your items. A return label will be emailed to you.
- If your original form of payment is AfterPay, Shop Pay, or any other installment plan, you are required to pay off the balance even when returning or exchanging
- Lane 201 reserves right to adjust credits and exchange orders for return policy violations.
