How do I order an Out of Stock item?
You’ve fallen in love with one of our items, but it’s out of stock. Not
to worry, you can sign up for a restock with just your email. We’ll
notify you when the item is in.
How does shipping work?
We currently ship throughout the United States as well as to selected
international countries including Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland,
Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa,

How do refunds work?
Returns are for store credit or exchange only and no refunds will be
issued. If you purchased an item that is marked Final Sale, it is not

Once you receive a text that your order is ready, come visit us at our
warehouse location to grab your new items:

How do I find out about sales and promos?

Pre-Order Items
When you pre-order an item, the item will ship on the expected date
listed on the product description. Due to the high volume of pre-order
items, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. You will receive
tracking information once your order has shipped out! You are able to
still order in stock items with pre-order items. The in stock items will
ship in our normal estimated shipping time based on the shipping method
selected at check out.
Can I call to place an order?
You can call us about placing a phone order at 260-444-9147. Please have
the item name, sizing, and color preference ready.
How do I use a gift card or promo code?
Use your gift card or promo code at check out in the box labeled “Gift
Card or Discount Code.”
Which payment options can I use?
Lane 201 accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex as well as
PayPal and Amazon Pay.
What if I change my mind about an order?
Orders cannot be changed after they’ve been processed, but we get
that mistakes can sometimes happen. If something has changed about
your order, reach out to us at 260-444-9147 ASAP so we can catch it
before it ships!
What do I do if I get an error message about my order?
You’re dying to get the items that you just ordered, but you
received an error message after hitting “Confirm.” Don’t panic and
don’t try again (you could get double charged). Reach out to us at
260-444-9147 and we’ll look into it. If you have an order number,
have it ready for us!
Do I get an order confirmation after I pay?
Right after submitting your order, you should receive an email confirmation that we got it. We’ll also keep you updated on processing and shipping. If you don’t get a confirmation email, reach out to us for help.
