All returns/exchanges must be done within 45 days from original order date.

Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.

All sales exceeding 30% off and items in our Final Sale tab are final sale and are non-returnable.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

HOW DO I RETURN MY MERCHANDISE?

We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return. 

  1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
  2. Fill out the Return Form at the bottom of this page using your email address and order number. 
  3. Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice and return form included.
  4. Attach the FREE return label to your packaging and take to your nearest Post Office.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges and replacement items are based on current inventory.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact [email protected] or 260-444-9147 for assistance.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size you will use the return form below. Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend calling or emailing to put the size you need on hold. You can reach us at 260-444-9147 or [email protected]. If the item is not available you will be issued store credit.
