Part Time/Full Time Content Creator

Lane 201 is a young, energetic, fast growing e-commerce Women’s clothing brand. The company currently has one storefront (under construction currently) but continues to stay actively focused on building a strong online presence. Lane 201 is currently looking for a Content Creator in the Fort Wayne area. This position can be a full time or part time position. The ideal candidate would be proficient with social media, have a strong interest in fashion, and is comfortable in front of a camera. 

Role Responsibilities: (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

  • Works under the direction of the Lead Content Creator
  • Assist in creation of content for multiple social channels, i.e. TikTok videos and Instagram stories + posts
  • Stay on top of current social media trends in the industry
  • Collaborate on + bring forth ideas for creative and engaging content
  • Create and edit flat lay photos that adhere to brand standards
  • Assist the Lead Content Creator in any other duties that would be conducive to the overall success of the Creative Department

Qualifications:

  • You are an out-of-the box creative while understanding the importance of adhering brand standards
  • You are comfortable in front of a camera
  • You are proficient in TikTok creation
  • You have outstanding communication skills
  • You are proactive, able to take direction, and require minimal supervision
  • Strong team player
  • You have a background or interest in Social Media, Marketing or Retail

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9-5
  • Up to 40 hours a week

Work Location:

  • Must be local to Fort Wayne or willing to relocate.

Part Time/Full Time Model

Lane 201 is currently looking for models in the Fort Wayne and surrounding area. This position can be a full time or part time position. The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of a camera and has a strong interest in fashion.

Requirements:

  • Strong Sense of Fashion
  • Ability to Style Confidently
  • Not afraid to be in front of a camera
  • Ability to talk in detail about clothes, textures, fits, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • More than basic Social Media Skills and interest in learning; including posting (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Strong work ethic and a sense of humor

Job responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

  • Modeling for product photos and videos
  • Participate in Live Video Streams on Facebook or other social media platforms, modeling clothes, describing fit, and giving styling tips
  • Assist, style, conceptualize and shoot outfits
  • Edit photos using mobile apps for the web and social media accounts
  • Enthusiastically represent the brand & work with a team to accomplish goals and growth

Additional Consideration:

  • No experience necessary to apply
  • Any previous retail or modeling work is a plus
  • Interest or knowledge of photography is a plus
  • Looking for various model sizes and body types.
