WAREHOUSE PICK-UP Online orders may be picked up from our warehouse Monday - Thursday 9 am to 4 pm and Friday 9 am to 12 pm. If your order is placed by 2 pm EST it is able to be picked up the SAME business day! Orders placed after 4 pm EST can be picked up the following business day! You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Orders will be held for 60 days. If your order is not picked up within 60 days, you will be issued store credit to your email. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 3 BUSINESS DAYS You may upgrade to 3 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $15. Items placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them within three business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control. 2 BUSINESS DAYS You may upgrade to 2 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $25. Items placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them within two business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control. 1 BUSINESS DAY You may upgrade to 1 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $35. Items placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS. We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 business days, you will receive store credit for your items. SHIPPING PROTECTION Shipping protection is offered during checkout to protect packages from being lost, damaged, or stolen. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact customer service. If the item (s) is still available, we will send out a replacement free of charge. If the item (s) is not available, we will issue store credit. If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, please contact your carrier for any package/shipping issues. PROCESSING TIME Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Indiana within 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
