Estimated delivery times for ground shipping range from 3-10 business days from purchase. We also offer 1 & 2 Business day shipping options at a flat rate and Saturday delivery options are dependent on customers location.

    International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS.

      RETURNS:

      Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns are for a Lane 201 E-Gift Card credit only (store credit never expires). We offer exchanges for items at the same price and if the item is more than the exchanged price, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If the returns & exchanges protection plan is NOT purchased, a restocking fee and shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit (Lane 201 E-Gift Card).

      The customer is responsible for all returns that are done outside the U.S. We do not offer free returns for international orders.
