RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns are for a Lane 201 E-Gift Card credit only (store credit never expires). We offer exchanges for items at the same price and if the item is more than the exchanged price, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If the Redo returns & exchanges protection plan is NOT purchased, a restocking fee and shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit (Lane 201 E-Gift Card).

CONDITIONS: All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition or it will not be eligible for return/exchange. Bodysuits and swimwear must be returned with the original protective adhesive strip fully attached or it will not be eligible for return/exchange.
Sale ItemsAll FINAL sale items will have red text on the product page and in checkout noting the item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an extenuating circumstance we will do our best to handle the situation fairly and responsibly, i.e. item damaged upon arrival, incorrect item sent.
International OrdersThe customer is responsible for all returns that are done outside the U.S. We do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders.
Damaged, Defective Items or Missing Item (s)If you've received an item(s) that is damaged, defective, or missing from your order or you have not received a package that has been marked as delivered, please contact us within 72 hours of the reported delivery of your package and we will issue an exchange or replacement free of charge. If we are contacted outside of the 72 hour time frame or the item(s) is tampered with, we unfortunately cannot issue a return or exchange.
Additional Return DetailsIf you are making a return from two separate orders they have to be returned separately.
Shoe boxes need to be placed in a separate package, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. Shoe boxes returned damaged or taped will not be accepted.
If an order was placed through Afterpay or Sezzle and the item was returned, the customer is still responsible for paying the remaining balance for the returned item through Afterpay or Sezzle even though store credit is received. HOW DO I RETURN MY MERCHANDISE?

We offer a simple, hassle-free option to send back your return merchandise! Follow these easy steps:
- Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
- Click on Initiate Returns page and fill out the Return Form with your order number and shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email or on your Lane 201 account under order history.
- Follow the prompts accordingly to either return or exchange your item.
- Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice and return form included.
- Attach the return label to your packaging and take to your nearest Post Office.

HOW DO I GET MY STORE CREDIT?
A gift card is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion emailed gift cards are sent to Spam folders, so please check there before reaching out to Customer Service. All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
EXCHANGES

Exchanges and replacement items are based on current inventory.
Please note that exchanges and credits are initiated in the returns portal and are released once the returned item(s) are marked as delivered to us by the carrier.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact info@lane201.com or 260-444-9147 for assistance.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or you are unsatisfied with the product ordered and would like a different one, you will use the return form above. You can reach us at 260-444-9147 or info@Lane201.com. If the item is not available you will be issued store credit.
What about store credit for exchanges?Store credit is given instantaneously for use for exchanges ONLY. An additional credit is issued for shoppers who use their store credit immediately upon retrieval of credit. This additional credit cannot be combined with rewards or current discount codes.
At Lane 201, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions. In cases where items are returned and do not meet the requirements of our return policy or are not returned, we reserve the right to adjust credits and orders to accurately reflect the value of the returned or missing items. Lane 201 actively monitors return activity for abuse, including excessive return behavior, and reserves the right to adjust or disable rewards and status where applicable. Accounts that have persistently violated policies, including excessive returns and or exchanges, may be placed on a zero returns and exchanges policy for all future orders. We understand that discrepancies may arise, and our aim is to address them promptly and equitably. This practice helps us maintain the integrity of our transactions and ensures a consistent and fair experience for all our valued customers.
