"I pre-ordered this dress because it was so beautiful when I received it I was in North Carolina. My daughter had emergency surgery on her gallbladder so I didn’t get to open it up or anything for like eight days when I opened it up to try it on to steam it for the upcoming wedding it literally had stains on the inside so that leads me to believe that it was previously worn and I waited a long time and you do that when you pre-order however this is ridiculous and I tried to reach out to Lane 201 to tell them and my return was rejected the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. You can’t speak to anyone. I truly feel like I just been robbed for 100 and some dollars. I’m not gonna wear a dress that I think someone else previously worn. And not being able to even speak to someone and have my return rejected is insane. it was delivered on the 14th today is the 19th they rejected it because I didn’t put a return in on the 15th when I just came back to town late on the 17th what a joke."
