Extra large for a small

"I ordered this dress for a concert, and not only was the dress expensive, but I also paid extra for shipping to make sure it arrived in time. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, it practically fell right off me. Based on the reviews saying it was true to size, I ordered a small, but the sizing was nowhere close to what I expected from a small. What makes this even more frustrating is that they only offer store credit- no refunds. So now I’m stuck with credit after spending a significant amount of money on a dress I can’t wear, plus the extra cost of shipping. Given this experience, I’m very hesitant to make another purchase because I don’t feel confident that the sizing is accurate. For the price of the dress and the shipping, I expected much better. The inaccurate sizing combined with a store-credit-only return policy makes it difficult to justify purchasing from them again."

it’s a beautiful color but
