"So I want to start off with these jeans are cute! Definitely something I would wear regularly when properly fitted. Unfortunately even tho I purchased my size, they were 2 sizes too big and this material is already overly stretchy not something I would normally purchase. I contacted customer service to see what my options were seeing as they had no jeans on the site that were my size. They offered a partial refund of $40 (I paid $69) because I used a coupon? Although the rep was very nice she never replied when I asked why I wouldn’t be able to receive a regular refund. The whole thing was very disheartening as a mama who just wanted some cute jeans for fall. Would I purchase from this company again? I don’t think I would nor would I recommend them seeing as how this isn’t the first issue ive had with sizing. I was unaware they had the no refund policy so when informed I asked if they were restocking in the future because I’d love a smaller size and that wasn’t an option . I think id save myself the trouble and just grab some Levi’s from target next time when I have the funds."

"Large fit , great quality, very stretchy need to size down 3 sizes from actual waist size cause it’s so stretchy not good for small build. Length is long not for short people. I have a 27 waist usually fit a 25 but needed probably a 24 or 23"

"Good staple jeans! I had to size down twice, so they seem to run a little big. They’re also a tad bit long but it doesn’t bother me much, and I could wear them with heels. For reference I’m 5’7 150 lbs and size 28 fits the best. (29 for a much looser fit, but they’re already fairly loose/baggy in general)."
