We offer exchanges for items at the same price and if the item is more than the exchanged price, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If the returns & exchanges protection plan is NOT purchased, a restocking fee and shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit (Lane 201 E-Gift Card).
